The story
From Guantánamo to Tampa
Nayrobis Miranda's journey in healthcare began over 25 years ago when she graduated from medical school in Cuba. She went on to specialize in integrative medicine and earned a master's degree in natural and traditional medicine, along with a diploma in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
In 2013, she made the decision to move to the United States, carrying with her decades of medical knowledge and a deep commitment to patient care. By 2018, she had begun studying nursing while working at a spa providing lymphatic massage treatments. It was during this time that the idea took shape: a medical spa where clients could address not just their beauty goals, but also pain, recovery, and overall wellness.
In 2022, Nayrobis graduated as a Nurse Practitioner and took the step she had been preparing for her entire career. She founded Miranda's Wellness & Beauty Spa in Tampa, Florida, a place where health and beauty truly converge.
Today, she brings her clinical training, hands-on experience, and genuine warmth to every treatment she provides. Her approach is simple: listen carefully, treat thoughtfully, and deliver results that her clients can see and feel.
